OVERVIEW:
Develop and manage to implement the company&039;s financial policies, programs and guidelines in line with the overall strategic orientation of the Company and the Group.
Formulate and develop short-term, medium- term and long-term financial strategies to ensure the effectiveness of capital sources for investment and business activities, profit maximization, preservation and growth capital.
RESPONSIBILITY
Conduct fundamental analysis to assess the company&039;s position in comparison to the business sector and development trends of product lines in order to propose measures to improve operational efficiency in expanding market share .
Develop and implement annual financial plans, capital access and use plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Develop contingency plans, forecast potentials & risks of financial resources for each short - term, medium - term and long-term period in order to provide optimal solutions, promptly overcome consequences and minimize risks for problems that arise.
Formulate and complete the long-term, medium-term and annual financial goals of the Company and the Group.
Regularly check, control and supervise the entire work of the Division to promptly solve problems and difficulties, ensure the implementation of tasks of the Division and each member achieve the highest efficiency.
Direct and manage the capital raising, budgeting and financial forecasting process for the Company and the Group.
Training and developing staff in order to build a contingent of successors capable of implementing the Company&039;s business development strategy.
Maintain and secure data in accounting software and fully exploit the functions of accounting software to increase work efficiency.
Participate in planning the ownership structure model of the Member Companies to ensure the added value and effective operation of the Group.
Monitor, manage, analyze, forecast and balance cash flow to ensure sufficient capital for business activities and efficient capital allocation.
Coordinate the financial and accounting work of the Group to ensure that the financial capacity and assets of member companies are effectively used.
Analyze, appraise and evaluate the financial efficiency of short-term and long-term investment projects in order to ensure the efficiency of capital sources for business, investment and profit maximization.
Build and develop the apparatus, policy system, financial accounting regulations, financial reporting mechanism, tax report, management report in order to control the compliance with accounting standards and regimes. accounting and maintaining financial and accounting activities in accordance with the provisions of law.
