Chief Financial Officer

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for business decision- making.
• Lead the FP&A team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long- term financial plans to ensure effectively utilization financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company strategy.
Treasury Management:
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and funding to ensure operational efficiency. In charge of Tax matters.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposures. Create financial opportunities to generate financial benefits for company.
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
Investor Relations:
• Maintain relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, presentations, and reports for investor meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to the Investor Relations team.
Financial Accounting:
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
• Manage the Financial Accounting team, including month- end and year- end closing processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
• Utilize SAP and other financial systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive the implementation of new financial tools or systems as necessary.
Risk Management and Compliance:
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Establish and implement internal controls that meet international and industry benchmarks.
• Ensure Financial and Accounting policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global standards, complying with risks management and internal control policies.
Leadership and Development:
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration, cross- functional teamwork, and knowledge sharing

Education:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master&039;s degree preferred.
Experience
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Financial Director or similar.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• At least 10 years of experience as CFO/Finance Director in a manufacturing or FMCG company

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to a fast- paced and dynamic business environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
