Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO)

*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing production plan and organizing work in accordance with the process.
- Managing all aspects of manufacturing activities at the Company&039;s factory in accordance with the assigned functions and tasks.
- Organizing work assignment, supervising and speeding up production related departments to ensure on schedule and quality as standards.
- Drawing up the factory&039;s plans and operational objectives to meet the Company&039;s business goals.
- Applying improved management methods, methods of production, and standards for production.
- Onboard time: now or until March 2023
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

*** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- EXPERIENCE IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY is required
- At least 3 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- University degree or higher in: Engineering, Technology, Medicine/ Pharmacy or related majors.
*** ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Brilliant manufacturing mindset: lean, kaizen, modernization, and industry 4.0.
- Having good understanding of manufacturing, especially the medical industry that applies cleanrooms.
- Effective connection, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, 13485, 11135, MDR, MDSAP.
- Being able to work under high pressure, to move between factories.
- Team management and people development skills.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting skills.
- English proficiency.
