Chief Operation Officer (Market Development)

Our ideal candidate should have extensive market development experience within the logistics industry in Vietnam, perhaps having worked his/her way up through the ranks to your role as an executive; Collaborate with the CEO in HK in setting and driving organizational vision, marketing strategy, and hiring needs;
Plan, organize and build up a strong marketing team to promote the world’s leading Warehousing & Logistics Platform throughout Vietnam;
Oversee company’s marketing operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team.
This post is required by an international logistics platform company based in Hong Kong and she is expending her business to Vietnam.

10+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions
Bachelor’s degree or preferably Master’s degree in supply chain or logistics management, or related field
Proficiency in spoken Mandarin & written Chinese will be an advantage.
Male or female, age 32 to 40
Proficiency in spoken & written English and Vietnamese
International supply chain operation experience
Grasp of application of IT and Logistics technologies in development of logistics platform
Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
