1°) Support the growth of the O-We network & manage relations with franchisees
- Nurture the pipeline of potential new water kiosks joining the O-We franchise network
- Improve practices of water kiosks selection and qualify new opportunities with strong due diligences (HR, entrepreneurship mindset, technical with support of the engineer team…)
- Conduct negotiations with future franchisees on package of services provided and on the structure and collection of the different fees (franchise fee, CAPEX fee…)
- Create a “franchise journey” to support O-We water franchisees at different stages of their business & define a deployment methodology detailing relations & services to franchisees
- On-going support to franchisees to ensure their performance (analysis + corrective actions)
- Define and implement relevant reporting tools to manage relations with franchisees
- Guarantee accuracy of the monthly reports done and shared by his team (quality, administration, payment follow up, etc) + ensure the collection of fees with the support of the finance team
- Recruit, structure and supervise a team of business advisors in charge of network animation
2°) Define and implement operational processes & best practices
- Measure efficiency of current operational processes at kiosk level and find ways to optimize them
- Create operational best practices to optimize franchisees performance (daily operations at kiosk, HR management, order-to-cash management, logistics, routes planning…)
- Create HR & finance best practices for franchisees (management, salary policy, basic P&L…)
- Formalize best practices in simple and visual “operational manuals” to nurture O-We toolkit
- Build basic practical training for the O-We Academy to improve franchisees performance over time
- Optimize operations to ensure a higher service performance from O-We franchisees to customers and final consumers (delivery time, quality of service…)
- Integrate IT solutions in various operational areas such as customer management, point of sale, inventory, and water quality and roll up into ERP system
- Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures
3°) Contribute to bringing O-We to the next level
- Develop a purchasing strategy + set-up reliable domestic / international suppliers for all inputs
- Oversee and manage the supply chain strategy, operations and staff
- Actively participate in the definition of the long term strategy with CEO & managing team
- Support financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis
- Work on strategic partnerships with other international organizations
- Builds and executes a Key Opinion Leaders strategy to improve O-We local license to operate
- Participates to the recruitment of the O-We 2020 team esp. franchisees support team
