Chief Site Engineer

Other works as assigned by Line Manager.
Check, monitor the quality of the design file (infrastructure, structure, MEP)
Determine and develop project plan.
Research, apply new materials, new technology to project.
Technical management (infrastructure, structure, MEP) of project.
Participate in the development, implementation of policies, regulations, procedure, design management standards to ensure compliance with legal requirements and improve the effectiveness of management.
Liaise with authorities to achieve environmental impact assessment, fire safety system design, basic design, technical design of building and infrastructure.
Manage the implementation of consultants/contractors, report periodically and unexpectedly on the implementation of design and approval for assigned projects.
Participate in building and updating design standards
Build and control budget plans and design costs to ensure cost effectiveness for the company.
Manage and maintain relationships with design consultants, contractors
Negotiates with Construction team to generate ideas and clarify specifications

30 -35 years old, University degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
Experience in reputable real estate developer/construction consultancy/general construction company.
English Business Level – Good at communication.
5 years of working experience as Chief Site Engineer in construction of residential buildings.
Willing to relocate and work on site at Vung Tau
