Chief Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

Principal duties:

• Manage Technology department operations


• Develop and execute business strategies


• Direct company’s technology development trends


• Engage in pre-sales activity

Responsibilities:

• Provide complete technical solutions both in application and infrastructure design


• Seek and study potential technologies that might benefit for SPS business


• Consult and support for management in term of IT and technology strategy


• Act as level 3 support for IT Operation


• Focus on building Platform as top priority now


• Perform couching and training for IT members


• Conduct various implementation and test to evaluate potential of AI technology in increasing automation rate of document processing


• Apply Computer Vision to improve image quality and accuracy of OCR


• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract unstructured data


• Apply Deep Learning Model on document classification

Requirements:

*** Education:

• University Degree in IT or Business Management.

*** Technology skills and experience:

• Technology infrastructure knowledge: networking, operating systems, security, hardware, database, virtualization, electronics


• Software development technologies & methodology: J2EE architecture, web development technologies, OCR, ICR, software development life cycle and methodology


• Business Process Outsourcing solutions


• 8 years, in which 3 years as management level
