Business Data Management
• Control all the operational risks for data security, data loss, system performance…
• Coordinate internally with PFS-BF team member for standardized datamart development that support PFS performance management reporting
Ownership of Performance Measurement Model
• Identify and resolve issues, errors, gaps between data sources and business requirements
• Own the calculation process that transforms raw data into structured information for reporting needs
• Coordinate with business owners to define methodology and business logic for new performance measures
MI Report Productions
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly MI reports that highlight key performance metrics, movement, and business drivers cross major categories of business management: products, channels, geographies, campaign
• Analysis of the PFS’ performance to highlight areas of opportunities and provide an early warning of any challenges ahead
• Support ad-hoc business queries and return measurements to meet the needs business managers for day-to-day operation management
Business Analysis & Advisory
• Assist in formulating business plans and strategies, as per the available financial and personnel resources for Product Management team by calculating P&L, preparing business cases..
• Regularly perform business performance review (product performance, campaign, revenue, cost..) and provide commentaries to business heads
• Conduct highly analytical projects to discover insights into customer behavior, product performance to assist business tactically optimize their activities
Planning & Budgeting
• Conduct regular business forecast and review against actual and budgeted figures
• Actively participate in annual budgeting cycle.
