Chuyên Viên Dự Án (Đà Nẵng)

What you will do:
Conduct primary and secondary desk research in both English and Vietnamese
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of the data collection
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts, articles, etc.
Translation of documentation, reports or any other necessary work
Sourcing and procurement per request by project manager/associate
Other tasks to be discussed in the interview
Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting spoken and written English to Vietnamese
Interpret data and analyze results to draft reports for review
In-field data collection with a team to acquire primary research data including stakeholder interviews, surveys, etc.

Skills required:
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages - both written and verbal
Reliability & confidentiality
Demonstrated knowledge of research and analysis tools / methods
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Passion for making an impact
Commitment towards job and learning
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
1 to 3 years of experience required (One year of work experience in a professional work setting preferred)
Ability to meet deadlines
Well organized
Strong translation skills between English and Vietnamese
