Responsibilities

Involving in planning and implementing academic activities at KTV ENGLISH

1. Developing new curriculum

• Update curriculum programs adapted to market needs


• Build assessment, resource bank, course outline


• Develop lesson structure and teaching activities appropriate to the program.

2. Amend and edit the current curriculum

• Get feedback to edit/improve assessment test, program delivery, accompanying services

3. Professional training

• Assist in orienting international/vietnamese teachers with academic issues related to students’ welfare


• Collaborate with KTV ENGLISH teachers to create a high quality learning environment for students


• Implement new training programs


• Participate improving teaching and learning quality

4. Maintain quality in teaching and learning

• Supervise teaching assistants/ co-teachers to adhere to KTV ENGLISH’s procedures;


• Monitor teachers’ teaching plans and lesson outlines and feedback to Academic Dept


• Support to organize effectively periodical tests (midterm and final tests); admission test; quality checking test

5. Teach and others

• Teach given classes


• Participate in extra-curricular activities/other campaigns


• Other tasks will be assigned if any

Qualifications:

• Well knowledge in Pedagogical skills and learning process


• 2 years of teaching experience for all ages


• Bachelor’s degree, English/ESL or educational field


• IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (minimum)


• Skills of teaching, classroom management and technology


• Communication and interpersonal skills
