Chuyên Viên IE Phòng Sample (May Mặc)

Collect critical operation videos & share with relevant team to pre preparations.
Educate the sample maker and technician about GSD method.
Do the time study & Method changes when required.
Validate STW, Layout & Data sheet.
Share the best practices from production team to sample room team.
Operation Method engineering
Identify the automation requirements & coordinate with R&D team.
Allocate sample room resources for sample sewing – Machine allocation.
Find the cost- effective option with the development team.
Participate in a development meeting.
Review daily sample room plan with Technicians and Mechanic.
Identify the new machine reequipment.
Conduct IE related training.

- Communication skill with all layers within the organization
- Knowledge of machine types seam and stich types; operation sequence of garment construction; industrial safety requirement and measure
- Analytical skill of sewing method; Forecasting and simulation of sewing method; Problem solving skill with sewing method technical application.
- Good communication, leadership skill.
- Good command in English, ability to conduct presentations/ meetings to senior management
- Graduated from College/ University with major of Garment Technology or related majors with at least 3 years of experience as IE, Work- study....
- Ability to lead team to achieve set goals.
