Chuyên Viên IT

Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms.
Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions.
Manage help desk issues.
Control and Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
Install IT platforms including ERP system, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance.
Provide advice and training to all company employees on ERP systems.
Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components.
Update software antivirus on a regular basis.
Cross-sector communication and coordination, assist in project execution
Set client permissions to ensure security.
Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance level.
Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems.

Located in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam
Self-motivated, open-minded and persistent in problem-solving.
Familiar with programming languages (ASP.net、C、Python), ERP programming language.
Minimum 5 years of successful work experience in the IT field.
Prefer experience in the Manufacturing sector, textiles even better.
Have strong personality, target driven, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to lead and coach team members.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of colleagues in a dynamic/ multicultural environment.
Proactively and work independently, along with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Bachelor degree (or above) holder in Information Systems management or relevant disciplines.
Proficient in ENGLISH with CHINESE speaking /writing ability.
