Chuyên Viên Kiểm Toán / Kế Toán Công Nợ

- Verifying all credit card sales are settled, payments are received from the banks and no unsettled sales vouchers remain, accounts receivable documentations and credit grant in compliance with company procedures; Counseling practices from the Income Auditor;
- Supporting monthly closing book, AR report and debt highlight report;
- Prepares daily and monthly reports for the management. Perform month end closing and ensure that the trial balance agree with general Ledger.
- Other duties as instructed by Manager.
- Perform or assist in the performance of independent audits in accordance with departmental and professional standards.
- Audit the credit card transactions and all other Casino revenue generated and ensure the accuracy.
- Audit and ensure the team to audit all revenue transactions for techniques consistency, and methods used to meet casino’s standards and local policies and procedures. Examine all the transactions for accuracy and ensure the trials tally.
- Examine and evaluate the adequacy of the Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s system controls.
- Reconciling and confirming AR with customers, Issuing Invoice timely, Controlling discounts.
- Ensure the team to audit all outlet reports and tally revenue report with GL report for accuracy. Check that genuine discounts are given.

- Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Has experience at position Audit Officer or Receivable Accountant at least 2 years.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
- Strong prioritization skills, time management skills and attention to detail skills are required.
- Maintain consistent adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and the Institute of Internal Auditor’s Code of Ethics.
- SAP experience is advance;
- Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc or Slot Club Nam Hoi An.
