Support sale teams for the accurate forecast/volume ordered
Ensure that Sales/Trade and merchandise teams fully briefed on new products and fully aligned on all items/SKUs/designs carried on for each specific distribution channel.
Support PM to develop/source new product based on aligned plan & strategy.
Support PM (Product Manager) to build quarterly and yearly product plans and strategies. Manage Non-Toy product Portfolio and ensure new product lines.
Optimize the performance of the existing products in order to maximize gross profit margins across the product range.
Prepare and conduct monthly sale performance review with Sale, Trade Marketing & Merchandise teams to ensure enough MOH stock and propose promotion support if needed for slow-moving items.
Manage product price and promotion campaigns during the product life cycle.
Ensure that supplier contracts are negotiated at rates that meet market demand and customer expectations

Must have excellent analytical skills, demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and possess the ability to lead effective meetings.
At least 2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement in an FMCG company or merchandising in a Retail company.
Good verbal & written English communication.
Detail orientated, production process knowledge & negotiation skill.
Master and or any other further qualification in supply chain/ procurement is appreciated.
