• Work hand in hand with RHO Supplier On-Boarding Team to carry out required agreement pursuance with PVMI Customer’s Suppliers.
• Pricing: Keep up to date on market rates and negotiate with vendors to get a reasonable warehouse, trucking, and customs operation service prices
• Work with vendor, supplier, ODM and RHO team to achieve customer’s expected service level.
• Be able to train other colleagues on the SOP and communication methods
• Monitor, evaluate KPI of Operation teams and keep direct manager well-informed about any failure
• Provide and analyze operations data correctly to provide useful information for management for critical decision.
• Co-ordinate with supplier manager/operation manager to issue, update & monitor SOP’s between Schenker and Customer
• Retention of designated existing Key Accounts in Vietnam through relationship.
• Monitor, analyze and share the status of supplier’s shipment, warehouse activities to related stakeholders.
• Ensure all commercial and contractual activities are captured and process within DBS is executed in a compliant manner.
• Provide advises related to country specific business, customs requirements, and operations.
• Handle all Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with DB Schenker stakeholders
• Plan, lead, organize and control all supplier activities ensuring compliance to regulations and ensuring highest level of service availability to operations.
• Receive and proceed customer’s RFQ (request for quotation) / RFI (request for information)
• Perform Customer services activities to meet customer demand. Resolve customer service issues on-time with proper root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
• Be capable of using and interpreting data of both DBS WMS and customer’s system

• Experience in Commercial, Customs, Trucking, and Contract Management
• Minimum 5-year experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferably with a 3PL or Distributor
• Good spoken and written English
• At least 2 years experience in Team leader.
• Experience in tracing the variance inventory, stock take, SOPs, etc
• University Degree upwards
• Able to analyze data and prepare presentations.
• Good Communication and presentation skill
