1 Domestic materials:

-Make domestic materials forecast

-Make domestic materials order plan each month

-Make domestic materials official order monthly

-Take care domestic materials receiving date, daily stock

-Contact with suppliers about wrapping materials issues: defective materials, rejected materials, quotation, contract…

-Finish all issues after purchasing such as: documents, invoice and payment requisition

2 New products:

-Take care new cylinders for new products after approving maquette from Marketing Dept

-Make detail schedule: order - cylinder - design checking - receiving date

-Update WM based on New and renewal products schedule

-Supply new raw and wrapping materials on time

3 Comunication:

-Co-operate with related section and supplier to confirm accurate receiving date

-Co-operate with Marketing in design issues

4 Purchasing:

-Support production and related section for purchasing items

-Control purchasing matters try to get reasonable price

-Try to find new supplier with lower price

5 Report:

-Update New RM (for new products schedule) send to vice FM, and related Dept weekly

-Administrate all purchasing data (Contract, quotation, payment.....)

-Report to vice FM about any anychaning (IT's specially the price)

-Follow to the order of Vice Factory manager

6 Other request:

- Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Vice FM

- Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system

Education: University degree

Major: Business administration, foreign trade (or similar major)

Experience: 2 years at the same position (or similar position as planning demand)

Knowledge: purchasing, consumer goods packing

Skills: Good at computer, comunication

- Able to speak English at basic level

- Working place: 8:00-17:15 (Mon-Fri)

- Working Place: Lô J1-CN, đường D1, Khu công nghiệp Mỹ Phước, Phường Mỹ Phước, Thị xã Bến Cát, Tỉnh Bình Dương

Revenue: Basic salary + Allowance + Bonus KPI
