MISSION STATEMENT
Take in charge daily operation with professional HR operational services of Store.
ROLE
· Implement of Compensation and Benefits policies in Store, the Payroll process and all related reports
· Implement for the effective recruitment of the staff level 5, 6, 7 in Store
· Supervise Store HR Team to ensure the smooth operation of HR and Personnel operational services.
· Coordinate for the training of the staff in Store to a high standard of performance
KEY RESULT AREAS
HR Operation Services
Review and propose improvements in current HR manual and procedure
Supervise and provide employee welfare services which include company bus services, recreational/festival activities, blood donation etc.
Take in charge relocation management
Compensation Benefits Management
Review and propose improvements Compensation Benefits policies, practices, including labor contract, terms and conditions of employment
Ensure the updating of HR records, statistic, report and the coordination of HR presentation materials
Participate in salary survey, make proposal for updating of job classification and salary structure to ensure our competitive position in the market place, while meeting the company cost constrain
Propose annual HR budget (Headcounts FTE , Labor Cost etc.) and the effective and reporting of variances
Research data and prepare initial proposal for annual salary review
Supervise the effective implementation of HR system to ensure the on-time smooth processing of Payroll throughout all MM Mega Market Vietnam organization
Recruitment
Monitoring and updating recruitment plan and budget
In Charge of interview for level 5, 6, 7
Ensure the timely recruitment of non-strategic positions
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUP
· Achieve the desired level of service in store for both internal and external customers
· Assist SGM to forecast costs for store
· Ensure that all licenses and permits are renewed and up to date
· Cross-functionally check all tasks of Main Cashier Department (Payment, Credit Debit, Cash & Reports) as well as control all items related to cost of Decoration, Maintenance, IT/ALC department
· Ensure that all areas in store are clean & tidy
· Ensure all company’s SOPs, National and Local government regulations are properly implemented in all departments of the store
· Be responsible for Customer service Departments&039; performance with regards to commercial KPI results
· Ensure that all the processes related to free gift, voucher, cash, customer service, customer complaint are being implemented with the highest level of operational standards
· Manage all external service providers (cleaning company, logistic service provider, etc.) by:
- Benchmarking costs and working to reduce them via annual contract negotiations and/ or reduced consumption in store
- Ensuring that the standard of service providers meets the minimum requirement as stated in the contract
· Work closely with Store Management team to build, develop and maintain the high level of customer service at store
· Act as duty manager when being assigned by SGM
