Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Phòng Thí Nghiệm Qa ( Qa Lab Analyst )

Perform other duties as assigned.
Records and interprets data results, up-to-date records, prepare written daily report and electronic transmission of results.
Collect samples of products at various stages of food processing, if required.
Prepare culture media used in the microbiological testing of bulk test samples, such as: raw materials, in process and finished product, etc
Perform testing for all incoming raw materials, finished products, etc
Achieves competency in microbiology laboratory methods and procedures.
Maintain a well-organized laboratory environment. Coordinating the work and activities of others. Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, laboratory’s procedures, local laws and bear the full responsibility for his/her act.
Performs routine and non-routine microbiology testing activities and bear the full responsibility for his/her test results.
Ensures that testing and results approval are completed within agreed turn-around times.
Performing administrative activities. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Take environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling for microbiological analysis and provides support for establish critical limits to determine whether a critical control point (CCP) remains in control.
Ensure compliance with current Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other regulatory requirements at all times.

Fast learner
Can perform minor troubleshooting, working under pressure
Fair communication inEnglish (Writing & Speaking)
Education degree: University graduate
At least2years experience & knowledge in analytical testing, using mass spectrometer(ICP, LC, GC...)
Good at Excel, Word, etc
Graduate in Chemistrymajor
