Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Quy Trình - Phòng Vận Hành ( Business Analyst)

- Assisting operations teams in defining business requirements to meet their business goals and improve process.
- Consults with users to define needs or problem areas, and determines scope of investigation required to recommend possible solutions.
- Propose the new ideas, initiative aiming to improve the employee’s productivity, quality and save the cost to reduce the risk.
- Preparing business and process specification documents.
- Support the preparation of presentations, business proposal and documents for business review.
- Participate in monthly meeting with other related departments to improve process and implement changes.
- Coordinate with vendor and participate in third parties projects.
- Raise and close defects when necessary.
- Analyze reports, work with related units (if required) to provide report’s insights enabling management in decision making.
- Deliver reports timely, accurate and actionable reports
- Assist line manager in administrative tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Report directly to Director of Operations

- University degree.
- Basic data analytics knowledge and strong problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of Data Architecture of system and basic SQL.
- At least 2 year of experience, preferably in banking & finance
- Good communication/writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Careful, meticulous, logical thinking. Good organizational skills, high concentration and attentive to details.
