The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial support to the Nailsoft Business Unit, for managing & calculating all variable compensation for all employees with sales commission plans, support financial analysis related to the Company’s direct sales force (including managing Sales Pipeline metrics). Finance Analyst will work closely with the finance and sales teams.
Become the finance expert for Sales Pipeline and Close rate reporting.
Financial support to President of Nailsoft Division including preparing month end dashboards, ad hoc analytics. Be the go to resource for the President of Nailsoft.
Own the calculation and presentation of commission statements to all employees who have variable compensation / commission plans. Collect and synthesize data from various sources, prepare commission statements that are auditable and understandable, manage the review and approval process and ensure commissions are paid.
Requirements
Be able to work in a collaborative way, sharing learnings and best practices
Interpersonal skills to work cross departments and with outside sponsor banks to research and resolve issues.
Strong verbal and written English Skills
Ability to work from 5AM to 2PM Vietnam time
Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required.
Have 3- 5 years’ experience in Finance, ideally for a technology company with operations in Vietnam and the United States
Strong excel and analytics skills.
Experience with Accounting and Finance transactional flow and business processes
Strong technology skills – including MS word, power point, excel and analytics skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Benefits
Salary: maximum 40 million (including shift allowance, can receive salary from 30 million- 35 million + shift allowance)
