Chuyên viên Quản lý Bộ phận Cắt (May mặc) | Cutting Executive

- Giám sát, thực hiện kế hoạch cắt hàng ngày bằng việc tối ưu hóa năng lực và các nguồn lực của bộ phận cắt một cách hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu và chiến lược của bộ phận.- Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan như Kho vải/Phòng this nghiệm/Quản lý đơn hàng/ PDC/ Sản xuất và các bên có liên quan như nhà cung cấp dịch vụ về máy cắt: Lectra/Gerber và các nhà thầu phụ như In/Khuôn....- Đảm bảo tối ưu hóa năng lực của bộ phận cắt bằng việc thực hiện kế hoạch cắt và hệ thống kiểm soát WIP đạt mục tiêu đề ra- Đảm bảo các máy móc thuộc bộ phận cắt được sử dụng một cách an toàn và đạt hiệu quả tối ưu- Đào tạo đa kỹ năng cho công nhân viên thuộc bộ phận- Phụ trách bộ phận CAD để đảm bảo tối ưu hóa định mức vải sử dụng- Đảm bảo triển khai kế hoạch in/thêu/ trang trí trên vải theo đúng kế hoạch đề ra để đáp ứng nhu cầu của bộ phận sản xuất- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh một cách kịp thời, chính xác để đảm bảo vận hành bộ phận cắt một cách trơn tru, không để xảy ra tình trạng dừng chuyền may vì tiến độ của bộ phận cắt-----------------------------------To monitor, execute daily cutting plan by utilizing cutting capacity & resources effectively in order to meet the department goals and strategies. The job holder has to work with internal departments such as Fabric stores/Lab/Merchandizing/PDC/Production and outside parties such as Machinery service providers ex: Lectra/Gerber and Sub contractors Ex: Printers/Molding.- Ensure the effective utilization of cutting department capacity by executing the cutting plan and WIP monitoring system with the objectives of maintain Cutting to production WIP and Budgeted VS actual cut q’ty comparisons.- Manage entire cutting department in effective and efficient manner.- Ensure the effective machinery utilization in terms of output, Spreading Speed and Cutting Machines utilization. Therefore it’s a requirement of maintain records of those activities and guide fellow team members towards targets in effective manner.- Ensure and maintain agreed cut WIP for each production module every time according to the Pull or demand of production with best quality.- Ensure and maintain proper inter section coordination and Inter department coordination, communication. Also with the outside parties.- Ensure and control the re cut process especially with proper process of re cut fabric issuing to module and training programs to the productions team leaders.- Drive CAD department to achieve effective consumptions with Cutting production support for practical aspects and support to the marker consumption improvement initiatives which takes place in mother plant.- Innovate new process towards achieve targets with improving process and develop skills of the teams.- Develop multi skills among the team.- Ensure & execute the embellishment plans in order to meet the production demand as planned and make sure embellishment process are aligned to production demand or pull system.- Internal embellishment such as Heat seal, embroidery etc; to plan effectively with best quality.- Ensure the developing and maintaining of the standards at the department- Ensure to handle all the cut related issue takes place in the production floor day to day with Zero production down time due to cut work issues.- As per the production requirement if the cutting capacity needs to improve the holder has to work on shift basis.

- Degree in clothing industry or degree in management with at least 4 years working experience;- Diploma in clothing industry or diploma in management with at least 6 years working experience- IT Literacy- Good interpersonal skills- Excellent communicational skills in English and Vietnamese- Leadership skills- Ability of working 12 hour shift operations as per the business requirement- Self-motivated- Excellent team Player;- Ability to work under high pressure environment.
