- Ensuring that basic facilities for Headquarter office demand, such as seats, locker...are well-maintained
- Allocating and managing space in HQ office
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Overseeing HQ building projects, renovations or refurbishments (if any)
- Periodically inspect the facility to insure all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe and efficiently operating.
- Work with Aeon Delight to find out the solutions for issues from facility.
- Plan and manage facility central services such as security, cleaning, operation system, waste disposal..,ect
- Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met, coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
- Plan and monitor appropriate facility management site levels
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Plan and monitor Eco projects
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness for security, cleaning and others...
- Coordinate the store to collect and report all risk issues (incident/accident) happened in accordance with company policy
- Conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risk as well as identifying , describing, and estimating the risk affecting to the store
- Responds and resolves difficult and sensitive feedback/concerns/complaints from staff about environment working

Good command of spoken and written English

Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

Good problem solving skills.

Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.

Good organizing and time-management skills.
