Chuyên viên Tư vấn pháp lý

- Implementing the legal procedures of M&A, amendment IRC, ERC, “ĐTM” report, etc...;
- Working directly with clients and the Government authorities to prepare the application and relevant documents for getting Investment Registration Certificates and establishment of companies/branches or representative offices;
- Implementing the legal procedure of applying for Work Permit, Visa, Temporary Residence Card, etc. for foreigners;
- Making researches and consultancy about business condition and implementing procedure to apply for operating/business license;
- Updating the information of new laws, decrees, circulars and other legal regulations for legal team and the Company.
- Doing legal researches and assist the Director of the company in preparing legal advice for the clients;
- Consultancy of the legal issues in labor, environment, trademarks, land used rights, etc.…;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements for leasing offices/rental factory, sale and purchase of goods, employment of labors for clients, and shares purchase agreement, etc…;

- Fluently in English & other languages (in both writing and presentation)
- Ability to identify areas of risk or weakness and suggest process of improvement;
- Ability to work both independently and in team environment;
- Trainee Lawyer or Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience;
- Experience & knowledge in Economic/Investment industry;

- Working hour: 08:00 a.m – 05:00 p.m, from Monday to Friday;
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws;
