Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ Hà Nội)

Specific Accountabilities
• Instruct and supervise staffs to verify the required inbound/outbound paperwork to ensure that all products are properly counted/picked/packed/handed-over.
• Coordinate with supplier /customers, ODM, forwarder, transportation, courier and arrange the goods shipment if necessary.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Based on the shipping schedule from supplier/customers/ODM and follow up the shipment status to make sure order delivered on time.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Supervise and coordinate with SOM to manage the daily operation in all working areas
• Study & update policies related trading agreement and customs regulation from local departments & government.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Rotate product as appropriate.
• Prepare and control inbound & outbound shipment & other logistic aspect.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
• Conduct operations in a manner to improve safety.
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented, and jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.

Skills Required

• Good management and leadership skill.
• Customer Services Orientation
• Good communication in Vietnamese, in English is preferable
• Hard-working, honest and ability to work under pressure
Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience
• Logistics / warehouse/ import & export /customs experience background is preferable
• Graduated from vocational trainings or colleges, university
