Mô tả công việc

[Works]
- Support & assist Korean Manager
- Leader role of Vietnam Engineer in Building construction department.
- Preparation Document for Method Statement and Inspection plan for Building work
- Making, Monitoring and Control L3 & L4 schedule for Building works.
- Analyze and find solution for delay progress and interference of technical, interference between Sub-contractors and Sub-contractors / Consortiums to keep Schedule.
- Control the Sub-Contractor’s Resources(Manpower, Equipment, Tool, Material etc) and Safety to keep Target of “Schedule, Quality, EHS”
- Negotiating for the Contractual Issue (the terms and conditions) with Sub-contractor / Consortium
- Attending meeting & Generate Letter and MOM (daily, weekly, monthly meeting)
- Review and evaluate monthly billing of Sub-contractor

Yêu cầu công việc

[Compulsory]
- Certification of Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
- 5~10 years Experienced in Coal Power Plant Project / Refinery / or other Building Construction Project
- Appropriate major knowledge and experienced in Concrete Building / Steel structure Building / Chimney or Cooling tower in Coal power plant
- Excellent Verbal as well as Written communication skills in English
- Capable of resolving Site Construction issue by discussion with Client engineer
- Skilled in Microsoft office (Excel)
[Preferred]
- Age: 30 ~ 40
- Working experience with Korean / Japan Construction Company(Doosan / Hyundai / Delim / etc)
- Semi-Skilled in Auto Cad.
