Civil Engineer

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility
• Ensuring all contractors, subcontractors and visitors are aware of and in compliance with Fico-YTL OHS Regulation.
• Keep track the high risk activities and recommend the risk control if necessary
• Ensuring the Objective is communicated and implemented.
• Approve the risk assessment & control for implementation
• Ensuring any designs comply with Vietnamese/International standards, Fico-YTL Design Criteria and Fico-YTL’s safety rules and environment policy.
• Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.
Infrastructure activity execution
• Coordinate with other departments to implement infrastructure maintenance tasks
• Utilize resources and control infrastructure effectively
• Supervise contractors and execute infrastructure effectively
• Site study, design, computer drawing, and issue bill of quantity preparation
• Supervise and execute plan according infrastructure condition
Infrastructure improvement
• Improve effectively infrastructure system ie: road, steel structure, buildings,…
• Manage work quality of 3rd party services
Document control
• Monitor document/drawing using in Tay Ninh plant

- Plant infrastructure maintenance
- Project management
- Supervision of steel structure fabrication.
- Professional in technical (civil) knowledge
- Civil degree from technical university
- Contractor control
- Communication skills
- Computer skill (AutoCAD, Microsoft project, Microsoft office)
- English
