Civil Project Team Leader (Manager-Level / Factory Project)

Job Purposes:
• He will technically support to all licensing related to civil of Opcos.
• Travel to construction sites across in Viet Nam is an essential part of this role.
• The Civil Project Team Leader needs to have strong understanding of basics as well as international/local standards/regulations of various construction disciplines to do preparing scope of work/drawings/BOQ, tendering, and construction management during execution of in-house capex projects as CSA/M&E/PEB in Brewery premises.
• He will also be part of the OPCO project team, having close alignment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Timely and appropriate collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information.
• Coordinate with civil consultant, procurement during tendering
• To lead and coordinate all activities related construction sector in whole project life cycle from initial phase to the project closed phase.
• Leading development of construction design… in collaboration with all Heineken disciplines.
• Lead in creating and ensuring alignment, compliance with legal requirements as FF system, firewall resistance, structure, etc.
• Construction management - Monitoring and controlling the construction works on site.
• Communicating and working with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectation, address issue, and foster appropriate stakeholder engagement involvement on the project.
• Co-ordinate with L&D to arrange the necessary training during project implement in HVN SC.
• Developing approaches to involve project stakeholders base on their need, expectation, interest, and potential impact on the project.
• Promote safety first culture and getting feedback its implementation within the Breweries

• Knowledge of international/local CSA/M&E/PEB standards and regulations.
• Master/BSc study in civil engineering, construction
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, planning and project management skills.
• Conversant with spoken and written English.
• Good PC skills: MS Offices, Auto cad, MS project
• HSE management
• 5 years experience in Civil jobs
• University degree in Civil Field.
• Good communication, team work & interpersonal skills.
