Clinic Manager/ Store Manager (Luxury Brand)

Reach sales targets:
● Responsible for the implementation of activities that leverage on existing customers of the Branch through providing consultation and introduction of all products and services of the Company to existing customers
● Responsible for establishing and implementing effectively plans on marketing and advertising strategies to achieve the goal of attracting new customers, expanding customer base and increasing sales.
● Directly provide and/or support staff below the managerial level to provide consultation for customers on using services and products.
Branch Operations and Personnel Management
● Responsible for the entire branch operations
● Coordinate with Human Resources Department to implement the appropriate recruitment, guide and train new staff to help them quickly learn the job and be a part of the Branch operations.
● Train and coach staff to help them improve and enhance their skills in consulting, customer care, expanding customer base and provide good consultation of the Company&039;s products and services to the customers.
● Manage and assign tasks for all the staff in the branch to ensure the implementation of the given business plan and fulfill the assigned sales targets.
Customer Care:
● Provide customers adequate and accurate knowledge and information of PPP Laser Clinic branded services and products available at the branch
● Expanding customer base by leveraging on referrals from the existing customers
● Coordinate with Doctors to follow up and track the results of the customers after each treatment
● Provide special care to VIPs and customers holding special membership card of PPP Laser Clinic
WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
● Location: in 9 Clinic branches nationwide as required and assigned by PPP
● Working time: 44 hours/week

● Skills in establishing business plans and reaching sales targets

● Minimum 5 years of experience in management positions at Aesthetic Clinics; Premium fashion and cosmetic services, 5-star Hotels; Banks, Insurance; Real estate.
● Sales and customer care skills for premium customers
● Skills in managing and operating a premium service business
