Club Executive (Salary: $600- $800)

Assist Club Manager in training for staff
Assist Clubhouse Manager planning and creating event for the Club.
Oversee and ensure clubhouse facilities are in good condition and safe for usage and all club member comply with the club rules when using the club facilities
Attend and resolve customer complaints and follow-up on root causes of such complaints
Supervise Club Assistant, Lifeguard, Café’s team to ensure Club daily operation run smoothly as well as Club’s staff work under Club’s rule and regulation
Liaise with the relevant people:
- Liaise with clients on functions i.e. organize the setup, preparation and other needs from customer
- Liaise and assist with the supervision of the service provider such as security, landscape, subcontractors, swimming pool cleaners and other cleaning matters
- Liaise with instructors, monitor and record the classes and lessons
Other tasks as assigned by the Club Manager.

- Flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
- A matured professional with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good management and leadership skill. Able to lead and motivate the team.
- Relevant working experience in event management
- Proficiency in PC technology, Club Management System and all MS Office applications.
- Good communication skill, excellent written and verbal skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Relevant working experience in recreational club / sports facility / hotel
- Very good time management, organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Good problem solving skill; negotiation skill
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/ Tourism/Sports Science or relevant
