CNC Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Ø
Responsible for product machining process development, trial production verification and process management, including programming of CNC process programming, design and production of fixtures, product trial production verification, process standard formulation and optimization, production efficiency and capacity improvement, etc.

Ø
Responsible for the analysis of the causes of CNC process and cross- process product quality issues, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and eliminate the recurrence of similar problems

Ø
Effective management of TPM management and programming databases and tool magazines for leading machining equipment
;
Machining technical team building, skill training and promotion

Ø Bachelor degree or above in engineering.

Ø More than five years of mechanical machining experience, experience in precision structural parts processing is a plus

Ø Familiar with FANUC and Mitsubishi systems. More than three years of experience in CNC programming and debugging, skilled use of various types of drawing software, such as: (MASTERCAM, SOLIDWORKS, UG, Pro-E, AUTOCAD).

Ø VSM (value stream map) improvement practical work experience is preferred

Ø Familiar with the processing flow and process parameters of aluminium alloy, copper, stainless steel and other materials.

Ø Strong communication skills.

Skills

Ø Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Solidwork etc.;

Fluent English communication skills.

Strong sense of quality and lean production.
