Collection QC Team Leader (Trưởng nhóm Kiểm soát chất lượng Thu hồi nợ)

Key objectives
To involve in setting standards and continuous improvement for operation procedures.
To ensure that departments are achieving the operation standard sets and prevent potential fraud.
To build and manage effective the QC team and processes to facilitate the best practices in daily business operation.
Duties and responsibilities

Management:

Control, organize tasks of QC staff and their personal development
Manage quality control activities which can improve call quality and performance of collection: quality evaluation, problem solving, anti-fraud and other assigned tasks.

Training:

Create training material and conduct training bases on need of collection department (call collection and field collection): onboarding training, improvement training, development training
Understand training needs to prepare training plan monthly
Create and handle following up process after training

Communication:

Control and present reports to stakeholders regarding to quality result and improvement activities
Implement process to handle complaints received from partners and clients

Education and Experience

English communication (both writing and speaking) is required.
Can use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
College graduation and higher.
Skill of problem solving, skills of negotiation.
Fairness, Honesty, Hard-working and challenging mind.
1-2 years of experience in Quality Control/ Training of Collection Call center. Experience in management is an advantage
