• Work together with Sales and Marketing Team to reach out to potential local partners for corporate training. Handling the request and overseeing the training delivery to local clients / schools / universities / hotels, etc.
• Review, select, edit and prepare the textbook, teacher and learner’s guides, assessment materials for the courses.
• Prepare fortnightly and other reports for management briefing and as per authorities or provider’s requirement.
• Responsible to prepare the budget for Vietnamese and BTEC courses.
• Review and advise on the content of brochures, banners, flyers and Pegasus website.
• Manage cost effectiveness and strategize to increase profitability of Vietnamese and BTEC courses.
• Oversees the college and academic operations which includes but is not limited to Vietnamese and BTEC programmes
• Recommend rate of tuition fees and other fees for the various Vietnamese and BTEC programmes on annual basis to ensure comparable to market rate.
• Lead and prepare dossiers and applications for licenses of new programmes.
• Work with CEO and lead Committee of Academic to develop new academic programmes, from certificate to advanced diploma level and response well to students / corporate’s demand.
• Observe and evaluate teachers’ teaching performance and provide the constructive feedbacks for improvement.
• Conduct periodic checks on programme delivery to ensure staff adhere to curriculum guidelines.
• Recommend faculty members and other support staff to ensure periodic evaluations, reappointments, promotions and staff training needs.
• Maintain and update policies from MOLISA / DOLISA or Pearson (UK qualification provider), accreditation standards and ensure Academic staff adhere to guidelines.
• Responsible for leading the College with Senior Managers with the sole objective of increasing revenues via student enrolments laid out by the Executive Director / CEO.
• Deliver recruitment talks to Schools, Colleges / Universities, Hotels and Hospitality Companies as well as promote image of Pegasus College image and brand.
• Review, identify the weaknesses of the programmes / training courses and offer solution or redesign to improve.
• Work together with Marketing Team on training products and guide them on the selling points.
• Establish quality controls to ensure that programmes offered are of high quality, relevant and up-to-date.
• Provide and initiate ideas / plans to recruit, retain and increase student enrolments as well as execute Social Media Advertising Campaigns.
• Collaborate with international or domestic universities / institutions to develop joint programmes, university pathways or study tours for students.
• Train part-time and full-time teachers on the implementation of new programmes at least 3 times each year, especially, at advanced diploma level.
• Develop college academic policies / procedures and revise timely (eg. training regulations, student handbook, student evaluation policy, etc.)
