Commercial Manager

On grounds of the continuous expansion demand for more dynamic, professional and dedicated staff, we are looking for and making the opportunity for Commercial Manager - Real Estate Development/Investment candidates joining our project.
Take control of commercial management and feasibility studies to identify the costs involved for the project. Manage of all costs, budgets and contracts/tender documentation and commercial issues associated with the residential project to keep project on time and within the budget. The appointment requires management of 03 broad categories:
1.Feasibility management using proprietary software.
2.Management of tender procedures from pre-qualification due diligence, to competitive tendering, tender assessment, contract award.
3.Contract management - consultant and contractor claims and payment procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Manage the preparation of feasibility studies, plans and budgets related to the project
•Provide timely advise in solving commercial issues that may arise
•Provide cash flow data to arrange the finances needed for stages of the project
•Assist to provide quantity surveying and contract administration services including budgets, cost estimate, cost control, tender documentation, and settlement of final accounts
•Handle in preparation and review of draft contracts/agreements, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
•Monitor performance of external QS consultant
•Review all consultant submitted cost estimates, cost plans and cost reconciliations
•Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams
•Ensure all construction and costs fall within the budget, and make effective cost-control recommendations
•Liaise with other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
•Other assignments from line manager and the Management

A holder of degrees in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 05 years’ relevant experience in real estate development projects
• Residential experiences are advantages
• Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in speaking and written English
