Mô tả công việc



  • Dealing with main suppliers to fulfill shipments with competitive price as planned.

  • Coordinate with Market Intelligence team to update accurate market information and explore new suppliers in Vietnam.

  • Obtain and analyze market information to support procurement

  • Follow up the confirmed orders after trade confirmation issuance

  • Monitor the cargo readiness of each supplier to make sure smooth loading.

  • Coordinate with Quality Control team for chip mills’ visits on an on-going basis for quality checks.

  • Follow up all the related activities, issues arising before, during and after vessel loading.

  • Coordinate with QI to update necessary information while vessel loading and report to the management.

  • Understand suppliers’ characteristics, build and maintain good relationship between the company and suppliers.

  • Generate trip reports and other reports as required.

  • Other assignments required by the management.


Yêu cầu công việc



  • Graduate of University

  • Must be proficient in the use of Computer and MS Office software

  • At least 3 years of continuous experience working in a lead position in similar role
