Being a member of Executive Director Office, Communications Business Partner provides support and execution of ActionAid Vietnam (AAV)&039;s communications activities set in Country Strategy Paper VI (CSP VI) with focus on contents and campaigning for programme/projects.
Events/ launch of programmes are carried out according to workplan.
All contents and products prepared for ActionAid Vietnam’s communications events/activities contribute to deliver ActionAid Vietnam’s Country Strategy Paper VI in full compliance and consistency with ActionAid’s branding guidelines and Human Rights based Approach, globally, regionally and nationally.
Communication and related activities are supported and implemented consistently throughout Local Rights Programmes (LRPs).
Other task as assigned by line manager are well performed.
Communication platforms (e.g. regional newsletter, annual reports, online communication forums, etc.) are well coordinated between AAV Communications team and AAI Communications Team and well run.
Support in ensuring all communications products will follow donor’s and ActionAid’s identity compliance.
Translation and proofreading are provided when needed.
Press releases and policy briefs are well produced.
Conduct regular field visits to programme areas to provide support, supervision, and guidance on programme implementation
Press briefing/meetings/conference/interviews are well organized.
The printing, communications products and media contracts which related to AAV general Communications are well managed and implemented.
Support to develop and maintain a Media network of AAV.
Support to implement AAV staff’s and key partners’ capacity building on communications.
Support to progressively positioning AAV in networks and coalitions through purposive engagement with CSOs, media, academia, and authorities at national, regional, and local levels.
Actively manage Marketing materials, control export-import Marketing goods in the stock and record regularly reports of goods, gifts, etc.
Films and different audio-visual items are produced with good quality.
Support to build new projects is provided
Active participation in working groups, networks, campaigns locally and internationally is ensured.
AAV’s website, Facebook, YouTube account and other social media tools are well administered.
Supports Communications Manager in ensuring internal compliance of communications policy (logo, letterhead, PowerPoint template, email signature, name card etc.).
AAV’s publications including design, translation and printing are undertaken, ensuring quality and adherence to the AAV’s publication and contracting process and guidelines.
