Community Manager

- Take the highest responsibility for building and developing a user review community related to lifestyle experiences such as food, beauty, entertainment and travel.
- Propose ideas and coordinate with team Product regarding features (on the JAMJA app) about reviews such as reviewer rating system, interaction system between reviewers and users (like, share, follow ..), reward and commission system for reviewers ...
- Build, develop and manageg a network of reviewers who continually contribute articles (~ 100 food/beauty/lifestyle bloggers)
- Build and develop the reviewer community on JAMJA to turn them into mini-influencers / Local bloggers
- Develop periodically offline event program for top reviewers and active users
- Develop a reward and certification mechanism for good review partners on JAMJA
- Create communication plans and attracting users programs to push users into participating actively in review activities, contribute articles on the application
- Encourage social interaction on the application (like, share, follow, chat ...)
- Give directions for solving crisis (if any)
- Report directly to the CEO

1. Need-to-have Knowledge & Skills:
- 3-5 years experience or more in the same field
- At least 2 years experience in managing a team of 2 - 5 people or more
- Having knowledge of social networks trending and KOLs/Influencers network
- Having ability and experience in the fields of: Community Development (Review, Online PR ...), Branding, Social Seeding (Forum, KOLs, Hot Fanpage ...), Facebook / YouTube / Instagram Management, Social Listening, ...
- Having ability to deploy offline events to take care of the community
- Having a good "community perspective" and organizational mindset
- Being a food blogger/influencer is an advantage
