Compliance Control Manager

Location: 2nd Floor – Anna Building – QTSC – Tan Chanh Hiep Ward – District 12 – HCMC.
▪ Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches
▪ Manage external security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including both internal requirements for third parties’ requirements
▪ Provide compliance, risk, and controls expertise to support information security and compliance initiatives
▪ Serve as a subject matter expert for information security principles and practices and promote a culture of security throughout the firm
▪ Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
▪ Manage current risk management program, maintaining cyber security risk assessments
▪ Define, develop, implement, and maintain our policies, procedures, and processes that enable consistent, effective privacy practices that minimize risk and ensure the confidentiality of protected information and comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations
▪ Implement QISMS (ISO9000, ISO27000) in coordination with executive and mid-level management
▪ Manage external and internal audits, including reviewing materials that require attention for accuracy and properly adhering to stakeholders’ expectations

▪ Ability to communicate in a written and oral format to technical and non-technical audiences in a business-friendly manner
▪ Proficiency in English is a plus.
▪ Minimum 3+ years experience leading industry standard (ISO 9000, ISO27001) audits from either side
▪ Bachelor&039;s degree or related certificates
▪ Experience supporting enterprise-wide Security Compliance programs designed to anticipate, assess, and minimize control gaps and audit findings
▪ Strong knowledge of applicable privacy laws (Data protection, GDPR…)
▪ Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
▪ Minimum 5+ years experience related to conducting a risk assessment for information systems and/or operations.
▪ Thorough understanding of vulnerability management, penetration testing, and attack simulations
