Compliance Manager/compliance Lead

Compliance Manager/Compliance Lead who is responsible for legal compliance of the Company (including the parent company and its subsidiaries)
- Setting up and processing the legal compliance training program.
- Review and assess new business projects and design of compliance controls to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures; delivery appropriate solutions to ensure robust and appropriate compliance controls are implemented.
- Strengthen the compliance infrastructure and that appropriate compliance processes and controls are developed, documented and implemented.
- Conduct regular compliance gap analysis of internal controls to ensure compliance with various applicable laws; recommend and implement remedial actions and improvements.
- Other tasks assigned by the CLO and CEO.
- Act as an escalation point for compliance queries from other business areas.
- Perform contract compliance management.
- Produce and maintain relevant compliance policies and departmental procedures. Monitor regulatory developments to update the Company’s compliance policies and advise the management and relevant units accordingly.
- Build compliance checklists on company’s activities.
- Oversee execution of compliance processes and controls within the Company business. Ensuring the Company activities comply with internal compliance rules, external regulatory requirements such as Vietnamese law and specific regulations.

- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex decisions
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in reputable law firm(s) or company (ies) as an in-house lawyer/compliance, in which 2 years for management level.
- Experience in the technology and e-commerce, bank industry will be an advantage
- High energy and passionate individual.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher degree from a reputable university.
- Determined and result-oriented to complete tasks and achieve goal.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, communication, presentation and improvement mindset.
