Construction Director (Expat - Korean, Japanese, Filipinos)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In order that each link of the team can operate and work efficiently, ingenious and wise coordination of the CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR plays an important part to ensure the quality - safety - process, and brings APEC&039;s projects to reach the finish line of success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understand construction standards and regulations in Vietnam
- Have professional ethics, public-private quibble
- Ensure compliance with the company&039;s regulations and procedures
- Have experiences in a similar role in Japanese/ Korean/ Filipinos companies and corporations
- Experience in large projects, general knowledge of construction (have experience in high-rise buildings, resorts is an advantage)
