Construction Project Manager - Industrial Project

- Create a clear project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Perform pre-construction, construction and post construction works, including:
Construction contract management.
Construction execution quantity management.
Occupational safety and construction environment management.
Construction cost management during the construction work execution.
Coordination with JV partners, consultants, contractors for inspection, acceptance from authorities following Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Construction quality control.
Construction schedule management.
- Perform other relevant duties, and travel to other cities/provinces in Vietnam as required.
- Manage the relationship with all project stakeholders at the project site(s).
- Work with General Managers, maintain up to date records, and report on project cost, schedule, quality.
- Lead and manage with development team (internal and external parties) to achieve design/construction quality and delivery schedule.
- Develop project master schedule and coordinate internal and external team for the execution.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor Development team.
- Anticipate potential problems and propose feasible solutions to senior management to minimize risks, delays, defects, or non-conformances.
- Liaise with third parties including consultant company, Construction management consultant, public relationships consultant…, manage and supervise them to complete the projects as planned.
- Make sure the project is satisfied to take over accordingly to law and contract.
- Manage design work, check and issue shop drawing check and confirm as-build drawing, control design consultant to complete design work on time.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for getting approval of projects, manage the tender as well as construction and contract administration.
- Collaborate with sales team and leasing team to identify sales/leasing strategy.

- At least Bachelor&039;s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge and experience to run projects from inception to handover/operations for Industrial project: Warehouse
- Excellent presentations and negotiations skills
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development of the real estate industry
- Excellent communicator in both English and Vietnamese
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of architectural design, including MEP engineering
