Content Marketing Executive

- Perform tasks as directly assigned by management.
- Take responsibility for producing media content, including articles, images, and videos for business products/services.
- Create and manage content (images, videos, graphics, and articles) across social channels: website, fanpage, groups, Twitter, Instagram, and explore untapped platforms if available.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate performance metrics while researching customer insights.
- Stay updated on new trends and hot topics on social media to enhance content engagement and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and manage marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback on social channels.
- Write content to introduce and promote products/services across both online and offline platforms.

- Strong research skills, quick learning ability, and independence in work.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing or related field
- Skill in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Experience in building social channels/ groups is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience at the same role
- Proficient in communication and writing in English.
