The Content Project Manager adds significant value by documenting and optimizing the content development workflow, tracking progress on all tasks, managing risk and enabling us to achieve quality, on-time delivery of project milestones.
The Content Project Manager is responsible for facilitating and managing on-time project workflow through all phases of digital creative projects from initiation through execution, review, getting approval, and final delivery. This position will provide project management support for content development.
Key duties:
Manage content resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges.
Working closely with Content team to identify workflow, timelines, and requirements per project, keeping Content team accountable for their deliverables. Remove roadblocks for interdependent teams.
Participating in project meetings and planning sessions among project team members regarding content task definitions, task sequencing, and task inter-dependencies within the project.
Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned
Fully understand the client objectives and project goals in general and those requirements relating to content in particular and articulate them clearly.
Own the content component part in all our clients&039; projects: define the content creative objective, implementation plan, writing resources & budgets.
Job Requirements
Certification
Professional English.
Or Bachelor&039;s Degree Communications, Journalism, English, or related field with academic understanding of Medical/Pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical study.
Personal attributes
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability and skills in communicating with people of diverse background, education, and experience.
Ability to work independently but also asks questions if clarification is needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Job-requirement
1-2 years of experience writing for medical/pharmaceutical projects.
Familiarity with content asset types and production and distribution lifecycles.
Hands on experience with writing tools and content management platforms (Microsoft Offices and other latest tools/platforms).
Extensive knowledge of the Medica/Pharmaceutical industry, brand, and product preferred.
Experience working in content production and development process.
Strong leadership qualities.
