This role will service as a primary interface between the enterprise TMO/CI team and CASC SSEA&AUS leads
You will be providing subject matter expertise to support and deploy the CI strategy, approach sand culture across businesses within the CASC APAC group. Drive savings and value across business in a structured and disciplined manner. Build the CI capability and also the team/talents to be self-sufficient in CI and ensure long term sustainment.
This role will support and drive the ACI/ TMO priorities, aligned to the SSEA&AUS strategies and plan, and support the programs/projects that will drive business growth, optimize operations and reduce cost.
JOB PURPOSE & IMPACT
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• 20%: Collaborate, provide support and identify opportunities on Program and Project execution, CI project plans and value realization
• 20%: Lead, manage, govern, direct and act as a SME on the CI Strategy/Transformation/ACI and Capability Development
• 20%: Coach, mentor, train and transfer knowledge to junior team members, Project Managers and Leaders in CI/ ACI/TMO
• 20%: Partner with the business and manage the ACI/TMO portfolio pipeline, in collaboration with the Project Managers and support the delivery of the Transformation roadmap and associated commitments
• 20%: Act as a change leader, challenge the status quo and engage stakeholders to establish the ACI/CI/TMO culture, in order to champion change, CI best practices and support the delivery of capability development
