Contract Auditor - Compliance & Reconciliation

Study and examine the client's documents (in English) related to: business contracts, annual service agreements, joint business plans, promotional trading agreements, accounts payable papers, financial forms...
- Explore to understand client’s transactional data
- Based on pre-defined rules, process and capture the documents into structured data using our tools and templates
- Map the transactional data to the agreement/contract
- Analyse this data alongside various emails, documents... checking and verifying that transactions are compliant.
- Identify the root causes and provide detailed reporting for any discrepancies found
- Contact and discuss your compliance findings with the project team or customers by e-mails, IM... and use our tools and all data available to resolve the discrepancies and attempt for reconciliation and recovery any funding which may be outstanding
- Handle various data checks, and perform a review to ensure data consistency and accuracy
