Contract Legal Executive - Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý Hợp Đồng - Chủ Đầu Tư Khu Công Nghiệp

- Coordinate and contact with all government authorities in Vietnam and overseas to submit the application and apply for any business license and/or permission, etc.
- Act as in-house legal counsel for all departments of the company in Vietnam and its affiliates in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, etc.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Manager.
- Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnam and English.

- Good English in 4 skills, equivalent to TOEIC 700.
- Bachelor in Law.
- Have experience in foreign investment, procedures under Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment.
- Have knowledge in business law such as Real Estate and Industrial Estate Regulation, Land Law, Construction Law, Law on Enterprise/ Investment ,etc.
- Have 5 years experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate)
- Good mindset, flexible with commitment, commercial sense. Lawyer license is preferred.
- Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (if there is no company&039;s event, training or work demand, employee can self-arrange his job to work from home on Sat).
- Working Place: Amata Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa City.
- Company shuttle bus picks employees at 3 stations: Phu Nhuan Cultural Center, Van Thanh Theme Park, Thu Duc crossroads.
