Control Systems Engineer

Specific activities:
· Create, modify, troubleshooting and update PLC and HMI codes,
· Create and review list of equipment to be ordered
· Ensure a good cooperation with other engineers and departments,
· Perform electrical measurements,
· Create, modify and upgrade technical documentation (electrical and pneumatic diagrams),
· Participate in defining the potential problems and risks which may occur during equipment design or duplication.
· Cooperate with other facilities of Sonion,
· Participate in assessment of the risk for new developments – technical, cost and timing
· Monitor equipment assembly progress and related costs.
· Review the existing machine design and see which parts may be already obsolete
· Follow the plan schedule and inform supervisor about potential risks/design are overcomplicated.
. Availability to travel to other Sonion’s locations in NL, PH, PL (10%)
Communicates with:
· Industrialization project managers who are driving the relevant industrialization projects.
· Control system engineer.
· Colleagues from mechanical design when performing part of the bigger task.
· The PE/ Maintenance organizations.
. Equipment suppliers.
