* Onboarding time: March 2023
Working in controlling areas which cover production costing, planning, forecasts, ABP, ICP, month-end closing and management reporting. A key member in all cost improvement & inventory relevant projects with relevant departments. Ensure strong partnership with Accounting team to resolve costing issues (if arise), in charge for internal and external audit in costing aspects. Uphold accuracy, quality and consistency in the most efficient manner.
COM and ICP simulation:
• Highlight major deviations and propose/initiate corrective action plans
• Identify and implement best practices and process improvements, where relevant
• Participate in all costing related projects / initiatives and collaborate with relevant departments
• Perform cost variance analysis by model, machine cost centers and processes
• Identify potential cost reduction opportunities where possible
• Simulation ICP for new product and product transfer to analyze the feasibility
• In charge of COM and ICP calculation and analysis for production
Planning:
• Prepare related ABP reports and analysis
• Coordinating and developing the Annual Business plan.
• Co-ordinate for timely submission to both Regional Headquarter and Headquarter.
• Analyse COM and margin for development
Stock Valuation:
• Responsible for stock taking per company policy and group requirements
• In charge of periodic stock valuation and stock ageing evaluation. Make alignment between GL and breakdown. Ensure cost accuracy on the Raw material, WIP and FG level.
Regular Reporting:
• Overall responsible for P&L and all cost related reporting
• Prepare reporting requirements from both Regional HQ and HQ
• Month-End Closing by 3rd Working day
Capex and fixed assets:
• Capex spending tracking and control and reconcile with FA Sub ledger
Others:
• Support Accounting team to solve issues or concerns that may arise
• Responsible for internal audit and external audit for costing part

Educational background:
• Management Accounting Knowledge
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting related majors
Relevant experience:
• Fluent in English
• 4 years working experience in costing area
• Excellent Excel (pivot tables etc) and PPT skills
• ERP software experience is a must; SAP is an advantage;
