Controlling Executive

- Take a proactive role in reviewing Purchasing and
Sales contract.
- Coordinate with Commercial team to track sales contract status and timely highlight potential risk.
- Participate in warehouse cycle count.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager
- Monitor selling price and profitability on a monthly basis
- Support customer data analysis to evaluate credit requests and customer review.
- Monitor and analyze product costing, comparing cost tool and actual to identify the gap.
- Prepare sales report regarding customer payment term and respective status.
- Prepare cash flow planning on a biweekly basis and timely highlight any related issue
- Conduct tracking over budget execution via P&L monthly phasing
- Update customer credit limit on SAP per approval

• Good Excel and MS Office, experience in accounting
• understanding
• software is a plus
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Good communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Accuracy and eyes for details
• High integrity, compliance and problem -solving oriented.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, tax and legislation
• Reporting and analysis, critical thinking
• Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation
