Corporate Actions Specialist (Custody Business)

-Responsible for all aspects of corporate actions processing. This includes the daily oversight associated with researching, soliciting and instructions on both Voluntory and Mandatory Corporate Actions events;
-Understand how the risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions;
-Perform prompt & accurate reporting of WBVN and on clients’ behalf to local regulators;
-Act as back-up to settlement team when necessary;
-Other duties as required by Head of Securities Services and senior managers.

-University degree;
-Knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices in Vietnam’s stock market, including Mandatory/Voluntary Corporate Action Information/Data Cleaning/Reporting is preferable;
-Fluent in English or Korean;
-Responsible, able to work independently, in teams and under pressure.
