Corporate Communication Support

Administrative & Documentation (60%)
• Support Corporate Communication team with documentation of Corp Com contracts, tracking approval process and managing document retention system
• Support Corp Com team with project liquidation
Track and see-through completion of project liquidation.
Liaise with the accounting team on documentation to support project liquidation
Work with Corp Com teams to consolidate all necessary documents for project liquidation
• Support Corp Com with any internal reports or documentation as assigned.
Corporate Com Support (40%)
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of Communication programs
• Assist in organizing events or Corp Com activities and attend them to facilitate success.
• Liaise with suppliers or vendors
Other assignments when needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Relations and related field.
- Good computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Dynamic, solution-oriented problem solver.
- Can work independently and as a team player and under high pressure.
- Skilled in reviewing and managing budgets and expenditures.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Can start work immediately.
- Good English speaking, listening, writing and excellent interpersonal skills in Vietnamese.
- High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude.
